Some people said it taste like butt and some said it was delious. I just want to try it but should i get the cheap American Sturgeon caviar or spring for the Russian Beluga caviar? But its not like im rich so i could just buy things left and right

Someone once said “You pay alot of money to eat food that tastes like shit.”
If you really want to try it, I would think the more expensive the worse it tastes. So go for the American Sturgeon.

sturgeon is the traditional fish
but it can be salmon as well or other fish.
it tastes extremely salty as well as the lil eggs pop in your mouth a definite acquired taste.
